The flakiness dashboard shows occasional failures on bvt-cq

Clicking on any failure only returns green/passing results. A bit confusing.

At this stage I don't think this is an urgent bug.

It's urgent if it causes the CQ to fail.

I looked at this again and I am empty handed. It is green again and I am not getting good data from the logs

My best guess is a bad machine. But all the "failures" lead to green results and green jobs. I assume the reruns turn it green. Don't know what to do here.
