What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connect to wifi at home is not working anymore since June 14 and other wifi are very slow.

No, it is a chromebook specific issue. Chrome browser is not involved, it is Chrome OS!

It was a Samsung. But I have changed for a new Toshiba, and the problem doesnot exist anymore.
