Support for pointer-lock API

Project Member Reported by sadrul@chromium.org, Jun 20 2016

Issue description

mus needs support for pointer-lock API (https://w3c.github.io/pointerlock/).

The way we currently implement this for aura is to hide the cursor, do a capture on the window, and then move the cursor to the center of the window when it moves close to the edges of the window. A similar approach could be implemented in the mus client-lib, and thus wouldn't need any special code in the mus-ws, but I feel it'd be cleaner to have a special pointer-lock API in the mus-ws.

Bug scrub: Is this still relevant for mash? Does pointer-lock work with mash today?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I don't think we need this anymore. Sadrul, if I'm wrong, please reopen.
