Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2773.0 ced2fcee2c85702055d028f4e3e48c5a75a7e41c-refs/heads/master@{#400610} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageProfile 2. Now press 'Tab' key from keyboard and observe the focus Actual : After pressing tab key focus does not move on 'avatar' icons Expected : After pressing tab key focus should move on 'avatar' icons This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-49 series as 'Manage profile' option appears from build # 49.0.2616.0 Kindly review the attached video for reference.
