On clicking back navigation button from top left,'Manage search engine' page appears

Chrome Version:53.0.2772.0 (Official Build) f3fbfe7d3230493784f1818e1ee6bd6246112470-refs/heads/master@{#400575}(32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/
(2)Select 'Manage search engine' under 'Search engine' option.
(3)Click on back navigation arrow of 'Manage search engine' page.
(4)Now again click on back navigation button from top left,observe.

Actual:On clicking back navigation button from top left,'Manage search engine' page appears.

Expected:This should not be the case.

This is a Non -Regression issue seen from M-47 series i.e (47.0.2503.0).

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 53.0.2772.0
