Regression:Grey highlight stays on input page number field for pdf file.

Chrome Version: 53.0.2772.0 (Official Build) f3fbfe7d3230493784f1818e1ee6bd6246112470-refs/heads/master@{#400575}-(32/64 bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf
2.Press 'tab' key such that focus appears on 'input' page number, again hit tab key
3.Now press shift+tab key twice and observe the input page no field.

Actual: Grey highlight stays on input page number field for pdf file.

Expected: Grey highlight should not be seen on input page number field if focus is on other field (i.e after step 2&3)

This is a regression issue broken in 'M47' and will soon update other info.

This is consistent with the behavior of text fields across Chrome, it's just a bit more noticeable here. WontFix.
