Typing "N" key in "Show home button" URL field triggers the "New Tab Page" radio option

0. chrome://md-settings
1. Enable "Show home button"
2. Choose Other
3. Type in text the field

when typing an "n", the new tab page radio button becomes focused and selected. sometimes you have to type "o" first to focus the "other" option. :-\

Removing from the dev-blocker list. Definitely a problem, but does not prevent a URL being typed.

I believe this is the same issue as in 621480
(That the radio-button-group is grabbing the events).
