features: When selecting something in the side bar, the selection icon on the cursor changes to the textbox cursor

bugs: Just over hover the buttons.

It's just in the settings side bar (Material design settings) it's not really an issue, it's just something that I think could look better.
When you hover over the options in the side panel you get the text box cursor, not the selection cursor.
