Sliders tend not to show or show just partially

Sliders mostly do not display at all or only partially. If you interact with them they mostly reappear. But only the main line and selection dot. Little black dots tent to just flash in and then disappear again.

What version of Chrome are you on? These seem like they might be temporary Blink rendering regressions.

It happens under x64 Canary v.53.0.2774.2. Verbose version info attached.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win 7 and Win 10 using 53.0.2774.2,latest canary 53.0.2776.0, stable 51.0.2704.103.
