Pre-checked radio buttons display problem

If radio button is pre-checked when page is loaded then no dot is drawn in center of selected circle. If you go check other one and then re-check pre-selected one the dot in center appears normally.

What version of Chrome are you on? These seem like they might be temporary Blink rendering regressions.

It happens under x64 Canary v.53.0.2774.2. Verbose version info attached.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win 7 and Win 10 using latest canary 53.0.2774.3, stable 51.0.2704.103.
