Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXpjP7tvTsw (preferrably play it in 1080p60)
2. This video shows an interface of Win7's file manager and the background should be 251,251,251
What is the expected behavior?
It should be shown as 251,251,251. Actually that is the case in Firefox (47-48) and IE 11.
What went wrong?
However in Chrome (51 and 53 tested), it shows as 252,251,253 (see file 1), which is slightly bluish than the original. FUrthermore, the whole video is blurry, which is more obvious on text (see file 2).
