Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Toggle Japanese input on
(2) Enter some Japanese so that predictive entry appears
(3) ’Tab’ to choose the predictive entry 

Expected Result:
The predictive entry is chosen


Actual Result:
Tab moves focus.

Actually I can press down to choose, showing "hit tab to choose" in the UI is wrong?
