We have various *Setup interfaces:

1. ApplicationSetup
2. RenderFrameSetup
3. EmbeddedWorkerSetup

1. should be eliminated in place of existing mojo shell connection stuff.
2. should be repalced by frame interfaces that vend interface providers.
3. i'm not sure of yet, but probably similar to #2.
