Use shell client lib types directly in //content instead of ServiceRegistryImpl, MojoApplicationHost, etc

//services/shell/public/cpp provides canonical implemntations of:

- interfaceprovider
- app-app connections

etc.

We should use these directly rather than the current hand-rolled impls in //content.
