The problem begins to appear when you click into a network request and look at the detail. Notice the delays from when my mouse moves from the request line and when the detail is loaded. Then notice again how I can select the preview, response, cookies, and timing tabs without delay, but switching to the headers tab results in a lockup where dev tools are unusable. The length of the lockup is variable, it can be almost instantaneous or it can last over 5-6 seconds. Extremely problematic if your looking at a lot of network requests. The last thing is that it doesn't seem to happen all of the time, or on every request. However I'm running into the issue on multiple sites, multiple times a day.
