Zoomed SVG file doesn't keep zoom level if opened a second time

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a local svg file 2. Zoom the page to 150% 3. Without closing the tabg, open the file again in a separate tab 4. The zoom magnifying glass appears saying 150% but the page is not zoomed at all. What is the expected behavior? The second time the file is opened should have the zoom level of the first. What went wrong? The page doesn't keep the zoom level when opening the same file twice Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 This works fine with websites. The zoom level is kept if the page is opened again.
