Glimpse of thumbnail is seen at bottom of NTP after scrolling down using mouse wheel.

Chrome Version:53.0.2770.0 (Official Build) 318e6f543c58eeeac93b122030041139da7e1e6a-refs/heads/master@{#400326} (64-bit) 
OS:Mac (10.10.5 , 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to 2-3 webpages such that 'thumbnail' appear on NTP
2.Click on 'X' icon of thumbnail, scroll down using middle mouse wheel,observe.
3.Click on 'restore all' button and repeat step 2 and observe

Actual: Glimpse of thumbnail is seen at bottom of NTP after scrolling down using mouse wheel.

Expected: Glimpse of thumbnail should not be seen at bottom of NTP after scrolling down using mouse wheel.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M40' series 

Note: Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 53.0.2770.0

I can't see anything unusual in the attached video? Can you check if the mentioned defect is visible in the screen recording?

Rechecked again and unable to reproduce the issue on latest canary version 53.0.2782.0 (Official Build),Hence marking as Wontfix.
