Issue descriptionChrome version : 53.0.2770.0 (Official Build) 318e6f543c58eeeac93b122030041139da7e1e6a-refs/heads/master@{#400326} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS) URL : chrome://chrome-signin/?access_point=0&reason=0 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome and go to above URL. 2) Click on Avatar icon at top RHS and sign in to chrome using valid details. (Wait until SyncConf bubble appear) 3) Click on 'Undo' button on Sync confirmation bubble. 4) Now, on Chrome Sign in page, enter valid email id & password and hit Enter key, observe. Actual : Unable to sign in to chrome after step 4. Expected : Should be able to sign in to chrome after step 4. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-48', below is the Manual Bisect and Narrow Bisect info.
