Can't load any pages (not a webpage, not the settings or somthing else). It works with '-no-sandbox'.

Issue description
Chrome Version : 51.0.2704.103

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: Not tested
Firefox: OK
IE: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open chrome without the argument -no-sandbox
What is the expected result?
Chrome load the website, the settings, the help-page.
What happens instead?
Nothing. After a while, it comes a message and ask if I want to wait or close the site.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

First, the problem solve it self. Second, I did it different. I open chrome with the command-line argument "-no-sandbox". This issue occurs suddenly. I didn't do anything at the files or the settings.
