I have submitted a feedback report linked to my @google.com email but I can't figure out how to actually find it (doesn't seem to show up in my feedback reports). I was using my @google.com account - the device is enterprise enrolled.

1. The same effects happens also on not enterprise enrolled devices. 2. The effect shows up also with other installed apps which have an icon on the shelf, it looks like the indexing or counting of the icons placed on the shelf is not working now. 3. After installing some Android apps, suddenly the play store icon on the shelf started to respond to mouse clicks. proposed test case: 1. install different number of android apps (e.g. 1 up to 10) 2. try to click on app icon on the shelf and check response

I'm not sure about #3, but for me it turns out this only happens on my corp account. My personal account seems to be able to run the store and install apps. I also found that there's a setting for running android apps has been disabled by policy so it is probably expected not to work - but we should probably not show the store icon if you're not allowed to run it.

Are you using logging multiple users at the same time thing? I see an error message [arc_auth_service.cc(154)] Non-primary users are not supported in ARC.

I misread the report, so this is about enterprise account only? @google.com users are forced android enabled, so it should work. as to #3, maybe that's a different bug, please send as a different bug. I think we have several stability issues that a reboot would fix that we're trying to root cause.

@ #7 It's forced *disabled* for me and some other folks who have tried to use it on their Flips.

#9, when you say it's forced disabled, you mean you cannot toggle the Android setting in chrome://settings and it's marked as disabled? that shouldn't be the case.

This is outdated. It is doing it and you can use a private / test account to get the full playstore. |
