To turn off auto switching on the screenshot tabs

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0; Nexus 5 Build/MRA58N) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.76 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Developer Tools
2. Go to Network tab
3. Having more than one tab (websocket, etc.) to be able to prevent automatic switching to active effect

What is the expected behavior?
Learning tabs the websocket, for example.

What went wrong?
The action in the second tab, it automatically switches to this second tab.

Did this work before? N/A

Could you expand on (3)? What exactly should I do to observe the problem?

Unfortunately, Canary is missing in Ubuntu.

It should also be fixed on the Dev Channel. Can you please try on Dev Channel?
