Reported by iminvisi...@gmail.com, Jun 17 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a Dynamics CRM 2013 record that has lookups (like cases)

What is the expected behavior?
Lookup should function without error. This worked previously.

  <InnerFault i:nil="true" />
  <TraceText i:nil="true" />
