transition continuous animation bug

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. use transition animation 
2. use setInterval Repeated calls animation
3. transition timer is setInterval's time

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Occasionally  Backward drag

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: beta
OS Version: android 5.1

I copied this demo HTML to http://jsbin.com/pabaraqiso .  It behaves the same on iOS Safari (I see the same jank frame every 1s), so no reason to suspect a Chrome bug.
