Clicking on the "Use current pages" option deletes all previous on startup pages without asking the user if they are OK with this.

It seems to me that there should either be a confirmation dialog, or instead of "Use current pages" it should be "Add current pages" and only add to the list of on-startup URLs instead of overwriting them. I could not find an equivalent button in the old Options for reference.
