video appears in small screen on Hangout

Platform             : 8459.0.0  - Candy, paine

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  log into Gmail or Google.com/plus
(2)  open and connect the video chat, and check the screen


What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
video appears in small screen. Please see attached image.

possible.

Is this on specific devices or all devices? How frequently does this happen?

I'm able to see the screen properly when video chatting with chrome 53.0.2767.4/Mac and 8459.0.0/candy.

I'm seeing the issue when chatting between 8459.0.0/pane and 8459.0.0/candy devices
