Sheriffbot-Auto-triage Rule: Open bugs with CL landed which are not modified for 6 months.


This rule seems to tag every issue with bugdroid editing a label, although there were no CLs at all.


For example

 Issue 1969 
 Issue 1900 
 Issue 1834 

I got emails about 20 such bugs, and only 2 of them had a CL.
IMO this label need to be removed in bulk from all bugs until it is better refined...
