UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Opened up chrome and pressed CTRL+D and clicked on the bookmark folders popup. 
2. And the popup would not close unless I chose the same  gb folder from the dropdown list again.

What is the expected behavior?
The drop down list should have closed when I clicked inside the popup box but it did not close unless I chose the same original folder again. Also suggesting a prediction service to pick some of the bookmark folders based on the keywords of the page being bookmarked.

What went wrong?
