Reproduction Steps: 
1. I've observed this with a 1/4 DOcs I've tried to open/interact with (e.g. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IilapBmfpZM6oWdsasb50QsH0iW20fs-47og6TjCiGQ/edit ) 
2. Open above with cvox2 (Next)
3. Toggle cvox Classic

Observed:
Next: "screen reader support enabled" is uttered forever and forced to toggle cvox

Expected:
Next equivalent of CLassic, where 25% of DOcs I interact with work without having to switch to Classic
