Issue descriptionSheriffbot-Auto-triage Rule: Open bugs with CL landed which are not modified for 6 months. Add Bug number which got updated: 1205 2563 2824 3274 3328 and many more... sheriffbot seems to be updating practically every old bug with this. How do I shut this thing off before it sends thousands of messages? Help! Issue/Concern or feedback: Marking bugs as having a CL landed, which have no CL landed. Any other important details: Started this morning at 6:20 AM or so

Thankfully after the initial burst of 20 or so bugs in my inbox the flow stopped. Dunno how many messages got sent in total, but it was not mass chaos :)

As a safety, the rule was limited to only updating 250 issues/ day. We'll clean-up existing issues, and go back to the drawing board to ensure that only bugdroid commit comments are taken into account.

We are cleaning up the updated issues . A cl is also sent for review to get only cl landed bugs from bugdroid as a safety net this will only update 20 bugs a day till we are certain that only cl landed bugs are getting updated. Thanks

We have cleaned up all the affected issues. Fix is also landed. we will monitor this for a week and the increase the update limit to 250, once we verify that it only updates cl landed bugs. Thanks |
