Change the autoplay setting description to match muted autoplay implementation

Currently, the descriptions talk about playing "important" media but it should speak about autoplaying muted videos.

Proposed changes:

for adding a site setting:

-        Detect and playback important media for a specific site.
+        Allow autoplay of muted videos for a specific site.

for the global switch:

-        Allow sites to autoplay important media (recommended)
+        Allow sites to autoplay muted videos (recommended)
