OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://tracing and duplicate same tab.
(2) Click on 'Record' button(recording of trace is start), then switch back previous tab and start recording trace. 
(3) Observe the error msg while recording trace.

Error msg while recording trace is not shown  properly i.e. its chopped.

Error msg while recording trace should be shown  properly i.e. it should not chopped.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-44', below is bisect info:

Good Build: 44.0.2369.0
Bad Build: 44.0.2370.0
