alignment-baseline animation not updating display

The animation on "two" has no visible effect.
The animation on "three" is effective.

When animating alignment-baseline using SMIL, the display is
only updated if I am also animating something else on the element.

(When animating alignment-baseline using CSS animations / web animations,
I never see the display being updated.)

getComputedStyle indicates the property is being updated.

FWIW: It looks to me from playing with this that the presence of a second animation that causes the text to be redrawn is key.

Alignment-baseline changing is probably not enabling the right damage.

For example, adding an animation of opacity does not cause the animation of baseline to become effective.

This keyword is not included in any of the ranges used, so needs to be
