Regression: Height of menulist SELECT box is larger than expected.

OS: Chrome os

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In OOBE screen observe height of list boxes 

Expected: List box height should be normal.
Actual: Instead it is not as expected.

Attaching screenshots for reference.

Similar Issue:
Enable Chromevox and Click on Settings button of chromevox on top toolbar and observe listboxes there.

Please confirm whether it is an issue or intended behavior.

Able to reproduce the issue on Blaze using chrome version  53.0.2768.0/8459.0.0

Summary: Regression: Height of menulist SELECT box is larger than expected. (was: Regression: Height of List box in OOBE screen is larger than expected.)
I observed this issue in many web sites.
