Issue descriptionChrome version : 53.0.2768.0 (Official Build) 9cd2e77b728d6d5ac115acd944b37df70423c355-refs/heads/master@{#399800} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and go to chrome://downloads. 2. Now close the chrome://downloads tab and minimize the browser. 3. Right click on chrome icon at windows taskbar and select 'Downloads' from menu list, observe. Actual : After step 3, chrome sign-in page appears instead of chrome://downloads. Expected : After step 3, chrome://downloads page should be seen. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-30 (Build 30.0.1549.0) Note : Above issue is not reproducible on Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4) OS.

The signon doesn't appear in Chrome 70.0.3538.77 anymore. But you can't get back to the downloads tab though via the right click; it just opens the NTP. |
