Ctrl + F should focus the search box in MD History

Issue description

Chrome Version:53.0.2768.0 (Official Build)Revision 9cd2e77b728d6d5ac115acd944b37df70423c355-refs/heads/master@{#399800} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) 

Precondition: Enable Material Design history flag from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and create long history by navigating to any webpages 
2.Navigate to chrome://history ,press ctrl+f and enter any letter for e.g 'a' such that search results appear, observe the scroll bar

Actual: Yellow highlight doesn't appear on scroll bar after searching for content using find box.  

Expected: Yellow highlight should be seen on scroll bar after searching for content using find box.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M50' series i.e from build no 50.0.2638.0

Summary: Ctrl + F should focus the search box in MD History (was: Yellow highlight doesn't appear on scroll bar of history page after searching for content using find box.)
We'll fix this by nudging the user towards the search rather than using 'Find in page'.
