Able to reproduce the issue on win8.1 chrome version 51.0.2704.103 and canary - Cursor not seen (seen as a small circle) on the emulated mobile screen

This issue can be seen from M49 builds to latest canary

Observing a hand icon on the emulated mobile screen prior to M49 builds

Confirming the issue for more inputs on this. Please let us know if further bisect is needed on the same

@tkonchada: small circle is the expected behavior. @glen: does it disappear entirely for you?
Labels: Needs-Feedback
The behaviour of this issue has now changed on my machine. I'm not sure what has changed but now the cursor is visible as a circle. My Chrome version is now: Version 51.0.2704.103 m (64-bit) whereas it was 84 when I reported this. It is also working on Canary, my current version is: Version 53.0.2774.2 canary (64-bit).

To answer your question: yes it completely disappeared before.
