Same Problem: Two finger scrolling triggers cursor to freeze in any web page after less than one minute. Powerwash using CrOSH worked by reverting back to Version 50.0.2661.103

This is likely the same as Issue #619303 .

Problem Solved: The developers just came out with a fix.. you will have to change your channel from stable to developer. And update your chromebook! - I am not the developer.
