When Auto-correct is enabled and a word is auto-corrected, Chromevox reads the correction in a different language

Reported by nimerjaber1@gmail.com, Jun 16 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 53.0.2764.0
Reproduction Steps:
1. chrome:settings>>Show Advanced>>Language and Input>>U.S. Keyboard, Configure... Enable aggressive auto-correct under physical keyboard.
2. Navigate to any editable field and type chromevox
Expected Result: Chromevox is replaced with chrome box, and the correction is announced using the same voice as the screen reader.
Actual Result: The voice is announced in a different language, with a different voice.

This no longer happens in 55.0.2878, however the voice that announces the spelling correction is much slower than the rate that CVox is set to. Not sure if this is supposed to be the case. Also, it would be great if typing another letter right after the correction did not interrupt the speech, as I find that as I am typing and a correction is made, I often miss the correction because I am typing too fast. An alternative would be to implement a sound to alert a user that a correction is made. Then, a user could go back and check to see what was corrected.
