Update src/testing/buildbot/manage.py to understand isolated_scripts |

Issue descriptionmanage.py currently understands the gtest_tests that are run by testers on the waterfall, but not isolated_scripts, which are inherently also run via isolates. It should descend into them in order to properly understand which isolates are run on which testers. |
