Paired Hosts duplicated in Paired Host list

Issue description

Version: any
OS: Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Pair any client with a Host (found on Windows but probably on Linux as well)
(2)Refresh app and open Paired Host list
(3)Host list shows two entries for the newly paired Host

This is not a regression

I can't repro this. Can you confirm the versions of both host and client you used?
I noticed this on the QA release 52.0.2743.41, but it also repros with the public release 51.0.2704.53. Also, it looks like it is Windows only, likely why you could not repro this. 
It was Windows I was testing this on. Can you provide more detailed repro steps?

1)Open CRD client on a Windows machine
2)Connect to that Windows Host machine from any client, making sure to check the "don't ask for a pin" box
3)Disconnect, then on the Host, close the CRD app and launch it again
4)Click the View/Edit link at the very bottom of the CRD app to open the list of paired clients
5)In the list, the recently paired client shows up twice
