Don't show autocomplete suggestions for fields with an unrecognized autocomplete attribute.

Currently, Autofill is turned off by using an unrecongnized autocomplete attibute but Autocomplete is turned off by using the "off" autocomplete attribute.

This means that there is no way to turn both off at the same time.

To be more consistent, Autocomplete should also be turned off for fields with an unrecognized autocomplete attribute.
