Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2769.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download chrome-win32.zip from https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/399856/ 2. Unzip and run chrome.exe 3. Download and install lastest chrome canary(current: 53.0.2768.0) 4. Launch chrome canary What is the expected behavior? Chrome canary GPU acceleration available. What went wrong? Chrome canary GPU acceleration unavailable. Did this work before? jbaunman@, any ideas about this issue? The change mentioned in comment #2 is unlikely to have anything with this. And besides, that change has already been reverted.
