Non Regression:Overlapping of error message and save button is seen in chrome://md-settings Sync passphrase field.

Version: 52.0.2743.41 (Official Build) Beta
OS:Ubuntu 14.02,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome>>Navigate to chrome://md-settings page. 
(2)Click on Sync in people section>>Select "Encrypt all synced data with your own sync passphrase">>Enter different password in confirm password field>>save and observe for the error message. 

Expected:No overlapping of error message and save button should be seen 
Actual: Instead overlapping is seen.

This is Non-regression issue as it is seen from M-52 series.

able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 52.0.2743.41.Marking it as Untriaged to get it addressed.
