Chrome PDF viewer issue - Black screen appears

Reported by a.shanum...@gmail.com, Jun 15 2016

Issue description

<b>Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: Not Tested
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a blank page in html and place a empty div
(2) Add a javascript code to load a pdf in an iframe into the div
(3) (I am using ExtJS in my code)

What is the expected result?
The PDF should be visible in the div

What happens instead?
I get a black screen instead in the div. If I click on the black portion, the pdf is visible. Also if I inspect the div and change any css style of the iframe, the pdf is visible. Each time I have to click the black screen to view it. I remember in the previous version(release) of chrome, I used to see white screen and if I click only I was able to view it.
It was working correctly for all previous versions.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I have attached screenshots of the page.
