Regression:Confirmation message for deletion of folder doesn't appear in 'Hindi' language in bookmark overlay.

Chrome Version: 53.0.2768.0 (Official Build) Revision 9cd2e77b728d6d5ac115acd944b37df70423c355-refs/heads/master@{#399800} 32/64-bit
OS: Windows(7,8,10)

Steps:
1.Launch chrome, change browser language to 'Hindi' from chrome://settings/addLanguage and restart the chrome.
2.Navigate to chrome://bookmarks/,click on 'Organize' and click on 'Add folder' from context menu ,Add some bookmarks into newly created folder.
4.Open NTP click on 'edit' button from bookmark overlay,right click on selected folder and click on 'delete' option,observe.

Actual: Confirmation message for deletion of folder doesn't appear in 'Hindi' language.
Expected: Confirmation message for deletion of folder should appear in 'Hindi' language.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-53 series, below is bisect info.

Good build: 53.0.2757.0 
Bad build: 53.0.2758.0

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 53.0.2773.0

Could reproduce this on 53.0.2774.3 on Windows-7 as per C#3 but issue seems to be working fine on the latest M-53(53.0.2785.6). Attached is the screen-shot of the same.

Closing the issue as this no longer repro on the latest M-53. Feel free to re-open if you could repro this from your end.
