Unable to remove bookmark from url after clicking on star icon from chrome://history.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2743.41 (Official Build)23b35b216a461bc1e5083485742c3bc9290b8943-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#361} (32/64 bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage and click on star icon to bookmark the page.
2.Navigate to chrome://history and click on star icon.

Actual: Unable to remove bookmark from url after clicking on star icon from chrome://history.

Expected: Should be able to remove bookmark from url after clicking on star icon from chrome://history.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M50' series i.e from build no 50.0.2638.0

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 52.0.2743.41
