Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up chrome and click on the link for Chrome bug tracker

2. After completing the details on page 2 and 3, I clicked on submit button on page 3 but the form did not get submitted for 10 mins and re-entered the whole content again.

What is the expected behavior?
Form should have got submitted after clicking on the submit button.
