New window button like a new tab button

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up chrome and clicked on tab button and then wanted to open a new window
2. I did not find the new window button so I checked for the shortcut and pressed CTRL + N
3. New window button would have been useful

What is the expected behavior?
New window button would have been as useful as new tab button

What went wrong?
I opened up chrome and visited a webpage and clicked on a new tab button and then wanted to open a new browser window but I did not find a new window button so I checked for the shortcut and pressed CTRL + N. New window button would have been as useful as new tab button.

Did this work before? N/A

Given the minimal UI design philosophy, it's unlikely there will be room for a new window button.
