ctrl+F while highlighting text should auto-fill the find box and execute search

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. highlight text on a webpage
2. ctrl+F

What is the expected behavior?
highlighted text gets copied to Find box and search is automatically executed

What went wrong?
Find box opens empty and I must manually copy/paste text into Find box and then press Return.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 23
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

This is a UX issue, but there is no UX category, so I set it to Other.
