Issue descriptionhttps://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/2498#issuecomment-225941115 Some versions of video.js will get caught in an infinite event dispatch loop when the unprefixed API is supported. If this doesn't terminate with a stack overflow quickly enough, it could be noticeable to users. Even if it is, there could be some code that should run afterwards that doesn't get run and thus breaks the page.
